Business Overview
The environmental and resource law practice team at Yunnan Zhongji Law Firm consists of nearly ten lawyers, including senior partners Zhang Yi and Wu Shemin, partner Chen Xin, independent practitioner Wu Zhengdan, and associate lawyers Ye Mei and Zhang Ling.
The lawyers leading our firm’s environmental and resource law practice team all possess extensive practical experience and a solid theoretical foundation. The team’s areas of practice include: disputes over liability for ecological damage, disputes over liability for environmental pollution, environmental tort litigation, tort cases involving environmental resources (such as minerals and forestry rights), property rights confirmation cases related to environmental resources, and criminal cases involving environmental resources.
Scope of Services
Ongoing Legal Advisory Services
Draft and revise contract agreements with environmentally friendly enterprises and institutions as one of the parties.
Provide environmental protection-related enterprises and institutions with a compilation of laws and regulations to help them understand the legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to environmental protection.
Assist environmental protection-related enterprises and institutions in addressing and improving issues related to labor employment.
Conduct legal awareness lectures for employees, providing training on relevant laws and regulations pertaining to production and daily life, thereby enhancing employees’ awareness of the rule of law.
Provide daily legal advisory services to organizations and employees.
Other routine legal services.
