Quality Policies And Objectives
Establish a service quality control system and a model of integrity practice. Since its founding, the Firm has established the principle of management priority and equality before the system, formulated the Code of Case Acceptance Management, the Filing System, etc., and printed and distributed them to all employees through the Employee Manual. While strengthening the internal management of the Firm, we actively explore the quality control and long-term development of the Firm. At the beginning of 2003, the Firm introduced the ISO9001:2000 quality system, which marked a leapfrog development of the Firm's management system. So far, we are the first law firm with ISO9001:2000 certification in Yunnan Province.

In order to better standardize the management and improve the service quality, the Firm has gradually improved the quality management system and passed the certification of the authorization company. On April 16, 2003, the National Quality Assurance Ltd. of the United Kingdom audited and registered the Firm according to ISO9001:2000, issued the certificate, and authorized the Firm to use the above certification mark. In 2009, the Firm successfully passed the triennial review of ISO quality certification. Beijing New Century Inspection and Certification Co., Ltd. issued a certificate authorizing the use of the CNSA mark, which is an independent and prominent mark of the Firm's service quality assurance and will appear in the Firm's external documents as a commitment to ensure the legal service of the Firm.

Reasonable requirements of all clients are satisfied, and necessary measures are taken quickly and timely through careful planning, so as to meet or exceed the legitimate expectations of customers to the greatest extent. At the same time, the commitment to clients must be made within the legal authority of lawyers, and it is forbidden to make false and unrealizable commitments to clients. Being loyal to clients and the law is the basic principle for the Firm to provide legal services. The Firm's legal services must be carried out based on the principle of "protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the parties and safeguarding the correct implementation of the law" stipulated in the Law of the People's Republic of China on Lawyers.
Improving and striving for first-class services is a commitment to continuously optimizing the system, process, and services. We will continuously expand the Firm's scope of services, optimize the service quality, and strive for becoming one of the most influential law firms in the world in 10 years through continual improvement, according to the latest demand of social progress for legal services and the successful experience of the lawyer industry in developed countries in the world.
