In order to enable customers to have an access to first-class legal services, the Firm, on the basis of traditional business, has launched businesses such as enterprise compliance, bankruptcy management and cross-border comprehensive legal services in cooperation with other institutions, and takes the initiative to explore more possibilities.

At the end of 2020, the Firm reached a cooperation agreement with the Beijing General Institute of iLaw Compliance Academy to successfully complete the signing of the contract on the establishment of the Yunnan Branch of iLaw Compliance Academy. The compliance team made every effort to develop this business segment and provide high-quality compliance legal services for the majority of state-owned enterprises. The Firm is at the forefront of the province in terms of compliance services for state-owned enterprises.

At the end of 2020, the Firm signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with a notary office to promote the integration and innovation of lawyer business and notary business and jointly promote cross-border comprehensive legal service projects. 

At the beginning of 2021, the Firm signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with its partners, aiming to deepen cooperation in professional fields including enterprise bankruptcy and jointly promote professional legal services.

Rooted in China, it takes a global view. In order to meet the requirements of the times and achieve the development goal of "going from here to the world", the Firm formally established the United States Office in Irvine, California, the United States at the end of 2019, which is the first permanent overseas office of Yunnan's legal service industry in North America. It was not only the first step for the Firm to move towards the strategic goal of internationalization, but also an important step taken by Yunnan's legal service industry as a whole to ensure a high level of opening up. In addition, we have served as a legal adviser to the Royal Thai Consulate General in Kunming, China for many years, and actually participated in and provided successful services for the negotiation of the China-Thailand Lancang-Mekong Refrigerated Container Shipbuilding and Transportation Contract; provided legal services for the equity transfer of China-Hotel Grand Hills Thailand and the termination of the joint venture; provided comprehensive services for applying to the Intellectual Property Department of Hong Kong for filing an objection to the rush registration of the trademark "Pu'er Tea" in Hong Kong on behalf of Yunnan Pu'er Tea Association; provided domestic enterprises with legal services for investment, trade, and maritime business. In 2021, the Firm established a representative office in Germany.
