Dehong Branch Office
Yunnan Zhongji (Dehong) Law Firm (hereinafter referred to as Zhongji Dehong Branch) was established on October 30, 2023. It is located on the third floor of Dabai Hotel, No. 87 Mangshi Avenue, Mangshi County, Dehong Prefecture, with an office space of 520 square meters. Currently, the firm has 9 practicing lawyers (including 4 Party-member lawyers) and 3 trainee lawyers. Its practice areas cover specialized legal services in fields such as criminal law, civil and commercial law, medical malpractice disputes, government and public service law, construction and real estate law, education and school law, financial and insurance law, and labor, medical, and social security law.
Leverage the role of different sectors to advance social governance. The new committee member’s studio for the social strata of Mang City’s CPPCC has been officially established at our office, and is overseen by Yang Yingying, a standing committee member of the Mang City CPPCC and director of the Zhongji Dehong Branch Office. A police-legal cooperation mechanism has been set up with the Chengbei Police Station of the Mang City Public Security Bureau, and a “Police-Legal Collaboration for Building Harmonious Communities—Legal Advisory Studio” has been inaugurated at the Chengbei Police Station, further strengthening the integration of public security organs and legal service resources.
Actively promote legal publicity and education on the protection of minors’ rights and interests. As of the end of 2024, a total of 12 mock court sessions have been held, with approximately 530 student participants engaging in practical legal education activities. Through formats such as legal theater, mock courts, and prosecutors’ explanations, students have been educated about the types and harmful effects of campus bullying.
Strengthen the cultivation of young lawyers and build a robust, specialized team. Organize comprehensive, multi-format internal learning and sharing sessions, and specially invite professional speakers and traffic police officers with extensive work experience to participate in exchanges and learning. Through business discussions, foster team spirit and create a positive professional atmosphere characterized by continuous learning and resource sharing.
