On July 11, 2025, Attorney Chen Jinling, Director of the Environmental and Energy Practice Committee of our firm, was invited to deliver a special lecture for the rotating training program for Party members in Kunyuan Road Community, Zhaozong Community, and Mianshan Community. Over a hundred Party members and community staff who attended the event joined Attorney Chen Jinling in interpreting the "Regulations on Disciplinary Actions of the Communist Party of China," thereby contributing to the strengthening of Party conduct within the communities.
On July 9, 2025, Attorney Shihai Bo, Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch and Senior Partner at our firm, was invited to deliver a special lecture on the rule of law for the joint study and co-construction initiative between the Party Committee of the Construction Command of Yunnan Aviation Industry Investment Group and the Party Committee of Jijianfa Company.

On July 8, 2025, the Yunnan Provincial Lawyers Association will hold a model, in-person centralized training session for all applicants seeking to practice law in the province for the year 2025. Lawyer Shihai Bo will deliver a lecture titled “The Essential Skills That an Outstanding Criminal Defense Attorney Should Possess” to trainee lawyers from across the province.
[Zhongji Culture] My New Employee Onboarding Training Session
To help our newly hired employees gain a deeper understanding of the “Zhongji” culture and better integrate into the work environment, the onboarding training session for new hires, organized and implemented by the Administration and Logistics Department, was held as scheduled on the afternoon of June 27, 2025, in the multi-functional conference room.
On June 26, 2025, Ms. Huang Na, a senior partner at our firm, was invited by the Kunyuan Road Community in Heilinpu Subdistrict, Wuhua District, to deliver a special legal education lecture for migrant workers in the jurisdiction, working together to strengthen the rule-of-law defense.
