With all the distinguished experts齐聚一堂 and numerous stars converging, the “Stars Program” series of special lectures—organized by Yunnan Zhongji Law Firm to nurture young lawyers—will continue on August 1, 2025. This session’s topic is “Lawyer Services in the Client’s Path to the U.S.” The lecture will be delivered by Ms. Zhang Qian, our managing partner and head of the U.S. office, and Ms. Bi Shiruo, deputy director of our Belt and Road & Cross-border Investment Committee. We are also pleased to invite Mr. Jerry Jin from our U.S. office as a special guest speaker.
From July 9 to 12, 2025, the 11th Meeting of the 14th Central Standing Committee of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Nationalist Party and the Internal Supervision Work Conference of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Nationalist Party were successfully held in Kunming. Two members of our firm, Yang Haiyan and Xiao Xiaoyang, who are also members of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Nationalist Party, received commendation for their active participation in ensuring the smooth running of the meetings.
The conference awarded plaques designating “Benchmark Enterprise Learning Base” to seven enterprises and organizations, including Yunnan Zhongji Law Firm, Yixintang Pharmaceutical, and Dianxue Grain & Oil.
[Zhongji Briefing] Yunnan Xindao Law Firm Visited Our Firm to Conduct Business Exchange Activities
On July 23, 2025, a delegation led by Director Liu Haoyuan from Yunnan Xindao Law Firm (hereinafter referred to as “Xindao Firm”), including lawyers Long Yan, Dong Xiongshi, Feng Lin, and Zhou Huijuan, visited our firm to engage in business exchange activities.
To support the rule-of-law framework for the rural revitalization strategy and enhance the capacity of grassroots cadres in law-based governance, on July 15, 2025, Ms. Huang Na, a senior partner at our firm, was invited by the Caopu Subdistrict Office to deliver a legal education lecture on the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Rural Collective Economic Organizations" for cadres from the Wangjiatan Village Committee, Shaojiu Village Committee, and Liushu Village Committee.
On July 18, 2025, a delegation led by Li Yousheng, Member of the Party Committee and Director of the Political Department of the Chongqing Municipal Justice Bureau, and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Chongqing Lawyers’ Industry, together with He Hongtao, President of the Chongqing Lawyers Association; Xu Deng, Deputy Director of the Lawyers’ Work Division of the Chongqing Municipal Justice Bureau and Secretary-General of the Municipal Lawyers Association; Chen Youkun, Executive Vice President of the Chongqing Lawyers Association; Jiang Zhiguang, Deputy Secretary-General of the Chongqing Lawyers Association; Luo Shu, Director of the Chongqing Lawyers Association’s Specialized Committee on Cross-border Dispute Resolution; Jiang Qin, Director of Chongqing Zhihe Zhi Law Firm; Du Xiaohua, Director of Chongqing Huadong Law Firm; and Luo Canlin, Partner at Chongqing Qihui Law Firm, paid a visit to our firm, accompanied by Wan Li, Vice President of the All China Lawyers Association, President of the Yunnan Lawyers Association, and Director of our firm, as well as Zhang Hui, Vice President of the Yunnan Lawyers Association. The delegation came to our firm to engage in business exchange activities.
