　　From April 2004 to July 2006, I worked as an intern lawyer and then as a full-time lawyer at Rongfeng Law Firm in Yunnan.

　　From July 2006 to April 2017, I worked full-time as a lawyer at Yunnan Lechao Law Firm, serving as a partner.

　　From April 2017 to June 2024, I worked as a full-time lawyer at Lingyun (Qujing) Law Firm in Yunnan, serving as a Senior Partner at Lingyun’s headquarters and Executive Director of Lingyun (Qujing) Law Firm.

　　Representative performance:

　　1. The case of bribery committed by a company controlled by Xu Moumou: Initially, the investigation was launched as a bribery case involving Xu Moumou himself. After the defense counsel intervened and submitted defense arguments, the investigating authorities reclassified the charge as corporate bribery and forwarded the case for review and prosecution. Subsequently, the court found that the company controlled by Xu Moumou had engaged in bribery totaling over 17 million yuan. Ultimately, the court sentenced Xu Moumou to four years’ imprisonment as the person directly responsible for the corporate bribery.

　　2. Li Mofeng intentional homicide case: During a group brawl involving two gangs armed with weapons, one person died. Li Mofeng was the first defendant. The defense counsel’s arguments regarding the charges and evidence were accepted by the court, and Li Mofeng ultimately received a lighter sentence.

　　3. The bribery case involving Liu Moumou: Liu Moumou, who served as the vice county magistrate of a certain county, was placed under investigation by the Supervisory Commission for corruption and bribery. Subsequently, the case was transferred to the procuratorate for review and prosecution on charges of corruption and bribery. After lawyer Jiang Peng took over the case, he visited the defendant five times within one week at the detention center to verify the details of the case and discuss plea-bargaining matters. Ultimately, the defense achieved excellent results in the case.

　　4. The bribery case involving Zhang Moumou: Zhang Moumou, a deputy director-general-level official in an administrative agency, was involved in a bribery case amounting to nearly 6 million yuan. Attorney Jiang Peng met with the defendant on multiple occasions to verify the facts of the case and showed concern for the defendant’s poor health condition. Subsequently, Zhang Moumou was sentenced to 10 years of imprisonment.

Throughout the entire process, the team members worked together with great unity and collaboration, ensuring the smooth conclusion of the case and earning high praise from both the court and the parties involved.

Compulsory Liquidation Case of Yunnan Mohé Special Vehicle Co., Ltd.: In the compulsory liquidation case of Yunnan Mohé Special Vehicle Co., Ltd., the People’s Court appointed a law firm, together with the company’s shareholders, to form the liquidation committee, and designated lawyer Jiang Peng as the head of the liquidation committee. The case has now been concluded.
