Since entering the legal profession, I have provided ongoing legal services to the People’s Government of Pu’er City, the People’s Government of Shangri-La City, the Management Committee of Kunming Dianchi National Tourism Resort, Junfa Real Estate Co., Ltd., and Kunming Iron & Steel Holding Group Co., Ltd. In the construction and real estate sector, together with my team, I have rendered legal services for real estate projects including those developed by Junfa Group Co., Ltd., such as the “Yuntou Center” and “Yuntou Jingyuan” projects by Yunnan Yuntou Construction Co., Ltd., and the “South Asia Gate” project by Kunming Tuodong Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. In the areas of bankruptcy liquidation and reorganization, I have participated in the reorganization cases of China Yunnan Lujian Group Co., Ltd., the liquidation case of Anning Jindi Chemical Co., Ltd., the reorganization case of Yunnan Classic Real Estate Development Group Co., Ltd., the reorganization case of Yunnan Murong Xincheng Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., and the reorganization case of Kunming Yinchuang Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. I have also been involved in numerous civil cases (including contract disputes, equity transfers, enforcement actions, and labor disputes) and non-litigation matters (such as legal advisory services, bankruptcy reorganization and liquidation, and legal due diligence). Among these cases, several have received significant public attention: a cross-border enforcement case involving a large-scale contract dispute between a Yunnan-based floriculture company and a Hong Kong-based group; a retrial case concerning a construction contract dispute between a Yunnan government agency and a real estate enterprise; and the bankruptcy reorganization case of Classic Group, a subsidiary of Huaxin Holdings. Currently, I serve as an assistant at the Yunnan Branch of iLaw Compliance Research Institute. Previously, I worked in a criminal investigation unit of the People’s Police force and also gained internship experience in the customs system and government legal affairs departments. Additionally, I served as a staff member at the “China-Shanghai Cooperation Organization International Judicial Exchange and Cooperation Training Base” and as a staff member in the inbound exchange department (with a focus on corporate legal affairs) of AIESEC, a global NGO organization (Eastern Region).
