Scope of Services
1.Perennial Legal Counsel
(1) Draft and revise the contract agreement with environmental protection-related enterprises or public institutions as one party.
(2) Provide environmental protection-related enterprises and public institutions with the law and regulation packages, and help them understand environmental-related laws and regulations.
(3) Assist environmental protection-related enterprises and public institutions in addressing the existing problems in labor employment.
(4) Give lectures on popularizing laws to employees of the organization, and provide training on popularizing laws and regulations involved in production and life to improve employees' awareness of the law.
(5) Provide regular legal consulting services for the organization and employees.
