(1) Legal Services for Primary Land Development

· Legal advisory services for the review of land primary development policies, procedures, and costs

(3) Legal Services for Construction Projects

· Legal advice on engineering contract negotiation and internal contract management

· Drafting and revising professional engineering subcontract agreements and labor subcontract agreements

· Engineering insurance underwriting recommendations and legal matters related to insurance claims

(4) International Engineering Legal Services

· Conduct investigations into the host country’s policies and regulations regarding foreign investment in construction projects, labor laws and tax policies, as well as the creditworthiness of project owners, and provide preliminary legal risk assessments for engineering projects.

· Based on the owner’s tender documents and the draft contract text, prepare key points for contract negotiations and develop the project bidding proposal.

· Fully participate in commercial negotiations between investors and property owners.

· Handling legal matters related to various guarantees and letter of credit payments for international projects

(5) Resource and Environmental Legal Services

· Environmental Risk and Legal & Policy Risk Assessment for Construction Projects

· Assist with matters related to the environmental impact assessment of the project.

· Negotiation, construction, and operation of environmental protection and energy-saving projects

· Environmental issues lawyers conduct due diligence and provide recommendations for legal and compliance reviews.

· Representation in environmental tort investigations, litigation, or arbitration

· Supervise all activities related to government construction projects, including bidding and tendering, land planning, project contracting, payment of project funds, and project acceptance.

· Review the qualifications and creditworthiness of the contracting parties to effectively manage risks associated with engineering contracts.

· Provide timely responses to business inquiries from government agencies and issue written legal opinions or recommendations.

· Acting on behalf of government agencies to handle administrative reconsideration and administrative litigation matters.
