Since his practice of law, he has provided permanent legal services for Pu'er Municipal People's Government, Shangri-La Municipal People's Government, Kunming Dianchi National Tourist Resort Management Committee, Junfa Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., and Kunming Iron and Steel Holding Group Co., Ltd. In the field of construction and real estate, he has provided legal services along with team members for real estate projects such as those by Junfa Group Co., Ltd., "Yunnan Investment Center" and "Yuntou Jingyuan" of Yunnan Investment Construction Co., Ltd., and "Nanya Zhimen" developed by Kunming Tuodong Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. In the field of bankruptcy liquidation and reorganization, he has participated in related cases involving Yunnan Highway Construction Group, Anning Jindi Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., Yunnan Jing Dian Group Co., Ltd., Yunnan Murong Xincheng Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., and Kunming Yin Chuang Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. He has participated in a large number of civil cases (contract disputes, equity transfers, enforcement, labor disputes), and non-litigation business (legal counsel, bankruptcy liquidation and reorganization, legal due diligence), with several cases that have won social exposure, including the large-amount contract dispute and cross-border enforcement case between a flower industry company in Yunnan and a Hong Kong-based group, the retrial case regarding a construction contract dispute between a government in Yunnan and a real estate company, and the bankruptcy and reorganization case for Jing Dian Group, a subsidiary of Huaxin Holding. Currently, he works as an assistant at the Yunnan Branch of the iLaw Compliance Academy. He worked at a criminal investigation brigade of the People's Police Force, with internship experience in the customs department and the government's legal department. He served as a director of the "China-Shanghai Cooperation Organization International Judicial Exchange and Cooperation Training Base", and a director of the Inbound Exchange Department (company law) of AIESEC (Eastern Region), a global-based NGO.
