Since she started her career as a lawyer in 2013, she has focused on providing legal services to government departments and state-owned enterprises. She has long served as the permanent legal advisor of the Yunnan Foreign Affairs Office (YFAO), Market Supervision Bureau of the Guandu District of Kunming, Sub-Branch of the Agricultural Development Bank of China of Guandu District of Kunming, Sub-Branch of Agricultural Development Bank of China of Kunming Panjiawan, Yunnan Investment Healthcare Company Limited, Global Horizon Ventures Limited, Yunnan Puzhehei Culture and Tourism Development Company Limited, Yunnan Super Starpark Co., Ltd, Yunnan Tourism College, etc. She once worked as a part-time arbitrator of labor disputes and has rich experience in handling labor disputes and preventing legal risks of labor disputes in companies, and has achieved remarkable results. She acted on behalf of Dihon Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. in a labor dispute arbitration involving more than 1,000 employees, and properly resolved the issue of social insurance payment. This is the largest and most influential labor dispute arbitration case in Yunnan Province up to now. She successfully reduced the company's payout from tens of millions of yuan to tens of thousands in a labor dispute case between Yunnan Jinyuan Real Estate Co., Ltd and an employee. In addition, she has obtained good results in winning dozens of labor dispute cases for many enterprises. She also specializes in civil and commercial disputes and is familiar with corporate governance and legal risk prevention. She has handled civil and commercial disputes for a number of state-owned enterprises and banks with a cumulative value of over hundreds of millions of yuan. She has extensive experience in handling IPR litigation cases. She participated in the case of a well-known state-owned enterprise's copyright ownership dispute, which was nominated by Shanghai Intellectual Property Academy (SHIPA) as one of the "Top 10 Most Valuable Intellectual Property Adjudication Cases in China in 2016".

She won the third prize in the 8th Western Lawyer Development Forum, authored the Handbook on the Whole Process of Legal Services for Enterprise Labor Cost Control and Risk Prevention and Control, and the Compilation of Cases for Improving the Enforcement Capability of Intellectual Property Rights of the Market Supervision Administration.
