Attorney Zhou Changyong participated in the “Staying True to Our Original Aspirations and Remembering Our Mission—2019 Model Training Workshop on Party Building in Law Firms,” organized by the Party Committee of the Lawyers’ Industry in Kunming City.
Party member Zhou Changyong participated in the “Staying True to Our Original Aspiration and Keeping Our Mission Firmly in Mind—2019 Model Training Workshop on Party Building in Law Firms,” organized by the Kunming Municipal Lawyers’ Industry Committee of the CPC, and underwent a four-day training session in Linzhou City, Anyang, Henan Province. During the training, by watching documentary films such as “The Red Flag Canal” and “Interviews with Yang Gui,” participants gained a profound understanding of the Red Flag Canal spirit—“self-reliance, hard work and entrepreneurship, unity and cooperation, and selfless dedication.” Through on-site instruction at the Red Flag Canal Memorial Hall, they experienced firsthand the great miracle wrought by the people of Lin County under the leadership of the Communist Party in constructing the Red Flag Canal. Additionally, they walked along the “Red Ribbon” and climbed the “Water Great Wall.”

Moreover, by walking along the “Red Ribbon” and climbing the “Water Great Wall,” we felt the Chinese national spirit embodied in the people of Lin County—their spirit of “unity and solidarity, love for peace, diligence and courage, and relentless self-improvement.”

A Brief Analysis of the Application of Article 44 of the Trademark Law, Which Prohibits Obtaining Registration Through Other Improper Means
On July 1, 2025, on the occasion of the 104th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, the Party Branch of Yunnan Zhongji Law Firm organized all its Party members and prospective Party members to collectively watch the classic film "The Garland Under the High Mountains," under the theme "Inheriting the Red Gene and Carrying Forward the Spiritual Legacy." At the beginning of the event, Lei Zhixin, Secretary of the Party Branch, shared firsthand accounts of the Laoshan Campaign, extolling the Laoshan Spirit of "patriotism and dedication, fearlessness in the face of hardship, fearlessness in the face of death, and willingness to accept losses." Through an engaging combination of visual media and oral presentations, the event provided the lawyer Party members with a vivid lesson in Party spirit education.
