The U.S. office is under the daily management and business development of Ms. Qian Zhang, a senior partner at Yunnan Zhongji Law Firm. She has long been engaged in foreign-related legal services, including cross-border trade, She has extensive expertise and experience in cross-border trade, investment and financing, multinational corporation compliance management, and intellectual property.
Her services include: due diligence of foreign-related commercial transactions; assisting Chinese enterprises to prevent legal risks by establishing a sound mechanism to prevent risks and protect rights and interests in overseas investment and financing; Foreign-related intellectual property management services; selection and management of local agents in foreign-related litigation, arbitration and non-litigation projects.
