Female, Han ethnicity, member of the Communist Party of China. She is a founding partner, director, and Party branch secretary at Yunnan Zhongji (Yuxi) Law Firm. Previously, she served as a partner, deputy director, and Party branch secretary at Yunnan Shijun Law Firm. With over 13 years of practice, she has consistently adhered to the professional ethos of “integrity, prudence, diligence, and efficiency.” For more than a decade, leveraging her profound theoretical foundation in law and extensive judicial practice experience, she has provided professional legal advisory services to governments and numerous large, medium, and small enterprises. She has also actively explored new concepts in law firm management and service delivery, cultivating a team of government legal professionals who are highly politically conscious, deeply enlightened, and courageous in taking responsibility. Her team provides legal safeguards for governments at all levels in areas including lawful administration, drafting and substantiating normative documents, conducting legal feasibility studies for major investment projects, designing legal frameworks for large-scale events, offering consultation and assistance in legal matters related to government petition handling, mediating social conflicts, and participating in legal affairs associated with socio-economic activities. Under her leadership, her team has served the Yuxi Municipal Party Committee, the Hongta District Government of Yuxi, the Jiangchuan District Government of Yuxi and its 13 subordinate units, the Yuxi Women’s Federation, the Hongta District Public Security Bureau, the Third Compulsory Isolation and Detoxification Center of Yunnan Province, and numerous other government agencies and state-owned enterprises. She has led her team in handling numerous corporate litigation cases and major non-litigation matters, collaborating closely with consulting firms on corporate bidding processes, protection of intellectual property rights, commercial negotiations, and other corporate management and operational tasks. While providing expert legal knowledge, she also offers comprehensive legal risk analysis and prevention strategies. Her professional, high-quality, and all-around legal services have earned widespread acclaim from her clients and fostered long-term, stable cooperative relationships.
