Previously served as a partner and Party branch secretary at Yunnan Huaxu Law Firm. Graduated from Kunming Medical College and obtained the Legal Profession Qualification Certificate in 2011. Began practicing law in 2012 and has been engaged in legal practice ever since. Over more than a decade of legal practice, he has gained extensive experience and expertise in civil, criminal, and administrative law fields. He has also worked in corporate legal affairs and insurance claims handling, accumulating rich practical experience and specialized knowledge in civil and commercial law areas such as education, insurance, construction engineering, and real estate. During his career, he participated in legal aid work in Kunming City, handling over a hundred criminal cases—covering nearly all common criminal offenses under the Criminal Law—with remarkable results. He is particularly skilled in handling medical dispute cases, personal injury compensation cases, and matters related to insurance contracts. In July 2021, he took part in the “I Do Practical Things for the People” campaign launched by Xishan District in Kunming City, successfully assisting disadvantaged and disabled clients in safeguarding their rights and smoothly receiving compensation payments. This achievement was featured in a special report on K2 Sunshine Channel of Kunming Television.
