Ms. Zhang Qian has been practicing as a full-time lawyer for more than 20 years. She is currently the deputy director, managing partner of the firm and head of the U.S. branch of the firm, the deputy director of the Intellectual Property Committee of Yunnan Lawyers Association, and the deputy director of the Foreign-related Business Steering Committee of Yunnan Lawyers Association. Her case of Microsoft Corp. v. Yunnan Airport Group on copyright infringement was named one of the "Top Ten Intellectual Property Cases in Yunnan Province" in 2017. Her case of Yunnan Super Starpark Co., Ltd v. China Audio-video Copyright Association and Yunnan Tianhe Shiji Culture Communication Co., Ltd, the first anti-trust case of a copyright collective management organization in China, was named one of the "Top Ten Intellectual Property Cases in Yunnan Province" in 2018.
