From September 2015 to June 2018, I studied at Zhongnan University of Economics and Law (through direct admission) and obtained a Master’s degree in Civil and Commercial Law.

(1) The paper “Determining the Effectiveness of Guarantee-Based Sales Contracts—From the Perspective of the Supreme People’s Court Gazette Case Involving ‘Fighting’” won the Excellence Award at the 11th China Jurists Forum and the Second Prize at the 2015 Annual Conference of the Civil Law Research Association of the Hubei Provincial Law Society. (2) The paper “The Property Rights Change Model of Land Contract Management Rights and Its Rational Return” was accepted and published by the Yunnan Provincial Law Society. (3) The paper “A Study on the Supplementary Liability of Obligors under the Duty of Safety Assurance” was selected as an Outstanding Master’s Thesis by Zhongnan University of Economics and Law. (4) The paper “Determination of the Legal Validity of Legal Acts Performed by Guardians Who Improperly Exploit Intimate Relationships” won the Third Prize at the 10th Western Lawyers Development Forum.
