I am a full-time practicing lawyer at Yunnan Zhongji Law Firm (formerly known as Yunnan Liu Hule Law Firm). I specialize in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, lawful administration, and legal risk prevention, with outstanding achievements. I have successfully represented numerous significant and complex civil and commercial litigation and arbitration cases, achieving remarkable results and delivering excellent outcomes. Previously, I served in the construction planning department and the public security department, developing unique insights into lawful administration and accumulating extensive experience in government legal affairs and handling administrative disputes. I provide comprehensive services to advisory clients for legal risk prevention and compliance management. Holding the qualification of Senior Corporate Compliance Manager, I have participated in and completed more than ten compliance consulting projects. In the area of non-litigation legal services, I have provided legal assistance for the restructuring of enterprises affiliated with the Traffic Police Corps of the Provincial Public Security Department, offered specialized services for the liquidation of the Provincial Road Traffic Safety Association, conducted due diligence for the acquisition of a subsidiary of the State Energy Investment Group by a key provincial state-owned enterprise, and performed due diligence for the establishment of a joint venture subsidiary by a certain government platform company. Currently, I serve as the long-term legal counsel for numerous large enterprises and government agencies, including China Mobile Yunnan Branch, Yuntianhua, Changfeng Real Estate, Beike Lingxiu, Tianma Logistics, Xingyu City Investment, the People’s Government of Anning City, and the People’s Government of Qiubei County.
