Zhang Hui

　　Lawyer Zhang Hui is a part-time lawyer at Yunnan Zhongji (Dali) Law Firm, holds a Ph.D. in Law from Fudan University, is a member of the Communist Party of China, a faculty member at Dali University, and serves as legal counsel for the School of Management at Western Yunnan University of Applied Technology.

　　With long-term experience in legal education and research, I possess a solid theoretical foundation in law. My primary areas of expertise include corporate legal services and representation in civil and commercial cases. I have conducted in-depth research on corporate legal affairs, legal risk management, and private equity investment. I have extensive experience in designing and standardizing corporate governance structures for enterprises, streamlining contract management, and establishing comprehensive legal risk management systems. Since beginning my career, I have accumulated rich experience and expertise in litigation services by participating in or independently handling cases involving tort liability compensation, disputes over traffic accident liability, and labor disputes.
