　　From 2004 to 2019, I was successively dispatched by the Judicial Bureau of Longyang District, Baoshan City, to several legal service offices—including the Xiyi Township Legal Service Office and the Xinjie Township Legal Service Office—in Longyang District, where I served as director. At the same time, I held the positions of Executive Director and Secretary-General of the Longyang District Association of Legal Service Workers. Currently, I serve as an Executive Director of the Baoshan City People’s Mediation Committee. Having spent a long time working on the front lines of grassroots legal services, I possess strong legal negotiation skills and expertise in dispute mediation and resolution. I am particularly adept at handling and coordinating both litigation and non-litigation matters related to corporate law and various civil and commercial cases.
