With over 20 years of practice, he has handled more than 2,000 criminal, civil, commercial, and non-litigation cases, including numerous major and complex cases that have attracted widespread public attention and exerted significant influence. Among these, several high-profile and well-known cases have been widely reported by major media outlets as classic examples: the case of police officer Ji Zhongchun from Mengzi County, Honghe Hani and Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province, who opened fire and killed someone; the “First Chinese Cigarette Label Case”—one of the Top Ten Typical Cases of Intellectual Property Judicial Protection in 2008 adjudicated by the Yunnan Provincial Higher People’s Court, involving Yan Bijuan and others suing Hongyun Tobacco (Group) Co., Ltd. over infringement of the copyright of the “Hongshan Tea” cigarette trademark; the country’s first IPO fraud case—the Green Earth Company IPO fraud case; and the country’s first environmental public interest litigation case—the Qujing chromium slag pollution environmental tort case. Meanwhile, he provided full-service support for the restructuring and initial public offering on the domestic A-share market of Kunming Longjin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., a key provincial enterprise, and offered specialized legal services for short-term financing to Kunming Yunnei Power Co., Ltd. During his tenure as a member of the Provincial Political Consultative Conference from 2010 to 2014, he drafted more than 30 proposals and motions. His work has been dedicated to serving the overall strategy of bridgehead construction and providing strong legal support for the comprehensive economic and social development of the province.
