Currently serves as Director of the Criminal Law Department, Senior Partner, and Deputy Secretary of the Party Branch at Yunnan Zhongji Law Firm; Vice Chairman of the Criminal Law Practice Research Committee of the Yunnan Lawyers Association; Member of the Military-Civilian Integration Legal Practice Research Committee of the Yunnan Lawyers Association; Expert in the Expert Database for Enforcement Supervision of Political and Legal Institutions in Yunnan Province; Expert in the Ministry of Justice’s Expert Database for Legal Aid in Death Penalty Review; and Special Supervisor appointed by the Ministry of Public Security’s Detention Facilities. Possesses over ten years of military service experience: graduated from the PLA Information Engineering University and subsequently held positions at the platoon, company, and battalion levels within the armed forces. Previously worked at the Provincial Higher People’s Court, serving as a member of the Provincial Juvenile Trial Guidance Group, a member of the Provincial Case Quality Review Expert Panel, and a member of the legal examination question-setting panel for civil servant recruitment in the provincial judicial and procuratorial systems.
