Liu Ying

I am a full-time practicing lawyer at Yunnan Zhongji Law Firm (formerly known as Yunnan Liu Hule Law Firm). My working languages are Chinese and English. I have been dedicated for many years to the fields of civil and commercial dispute resolution and corporate legal risk prevention and control, with particular expertise in foreign-related commercial disputes, intellectual property, and corporate compliance management services. I have handled numerous significant and complex civil and commercial litigation and arbitration cases, achieving remarkable results and receiving positive social feedback. Prior to practicing law, I worked at a large state-owned enterprise, where I gained extensive practical experience in administrative management and import-export trade. Many of the international sales contracts, international sea freight contracts, and international letter-of-credit litigation and arbitration cases I have handled have yielded excellent outcomes. In the field of intellectual property, I have represented clients in hundreds of litigation and arbitration cases involving copyright, rights of information network dissemination, and unfair competition. Benefiting from my prior experience at a large state-owned enterprise, I have a deep understanding of corporate management and operations. I hold the qualification of Senior Corporate Compliance Manager and can provide comprehensive services to client organizations for legal risk prevention and compliance management. To date, I have participated in and completed more than ten compliance consulting projects. During my practice, I provided legal services for the restructuring of enterprises under the Traffic Police Corps of the Provincial Public Security Department, offered specialized services for the liquidation of the Provincial Road Traffic Safety Association, conducted due diligence for the acquisition of a subsidiary of State Power Investment Corporation by a key provincial state-owned enterprise, and, commissioned by a certain municipal investment company, carried out due diligence for the establishment of a joint venture. Currently, I serve as the long-term legal counsel for numerous large enterprises and government agencies, including China Mobile Yunnan Branch, Yuntianhua, Changfeng Real Estate, Beike Lingxiu, Tianma Logistics, Xingyu City Investment, the People’s Government of Anning City, and the People’s Government of Qiubei County.
