　　1. In August 2021, I accepted the commission from the suspect Wang and acted as his defense counsel in the case involving his husband, Su, who was accused of aiding and abetting cybercrime and concealing or hiding criminal proceeds. During the arrest review stage, after actively communicating with the prosecutor and submitting defense arguments, the procuratorate ultimately decided not to approve the arrest. As a result, the suspect was released on bail pending trial. Upon expiration of the bail period, he was fully released.

　　2. In May 2023, I accepted the commission from Mr. Bu to serve as his defense counsel in the case where he was suspected of aiding and abetting cybercrime. During the arrest review stage, after actively communicating with the prosecutor and submitting defense arguments, the procuratorate ultimately decided not to approve the arrest. As a result, the suspect was released on bail pending further investigation. Upon expiration of the bail period, the suspect was fully released.

　　3. In a financing contract dispute between a Fuyuan logistics company and a leasing company in May 2023, we represented the Fuyuan logistics company in both the first and second trials. Ultimately, the court ruled against the leasing company’s claim.

　　4. In December 2023, Zhao filed a lawsuit against a life insurance company regarding a dispute over an insurance contract. After the first and second trials, the court fully upheld Zhao’s claims, and Zhao received insurance compensation totaling 80,000 yuan.

　　5. In May 2023, in a dispute over recovery rights brought by an automobile sales company against a logistics company in Fuyuan and Huang Mou, I acted as the agent for the logistics company. Ultimately, the court ruled that the logistics company would bear only half of the compensation liability, provided that the automobile sales company was unable to repay its debt.

　　6. In March 2024, an agency representing a guarantee company in Qujing filed an application with the Haidian District People’s Court of Beijing requesting that an outsider be allowed to participate in the distribution of funds. Ultimately, when distributing the execution proceeds, the Haidian District People’s Court prioritized the compensation paid by the Qujing guarantee company on behalf of He Mou, allocating these funds first to the guarantee company.

In January 2025, an investment and development company in Yunnan filed a request to add a certain bank in Qujing as an additional judgment debtor, seeking that the bank bear liability for repaying 15 million yuan in the debt dispute arising from a loan contract involving a certain technology development company. As the agent for the Qujing bank, after presenting a defense during the hearing procedure, the court ultimately dismissed the applicant’s objection to adding the Qujing bank as a judgment debtor.
