Li Tingwen

　　Li Tingwen, a member of the Communist Party of China, is the Party branch secretary and director of Yunnan Zhongji (Pu'er) Law Firm. He serves as an arbitrator at the Pu'er Arbitration Commission and is the chief legal consulting expert of the Pu'er City Law Society. In 2018, he was selected as an outstanding local talent of Pu'er City for that year and was awarded the honorary title of “Young Top-notch Talent.” He graduated from Harbin Engineering University in 2005 with a Bachelor’s degree in Law and another in Management. Since joining a law firm in 2006, he has handled over a thousand litigation cases of various types. He specializes in civil and commercial matters, administrative litigation, and non-litigation services, and has conducted in-depth research on complex civil and commercial disputes, government legal services, and the resolution of administrative disputes.
