I joined Yunnan Zhongji Law Firm in February 2007 and have been working there ever since. I currently serve as a Senior Partner. As a Senior Partner and Lead Attorney at our firm, I have ten years of practicing experience and am an expert in the PPP Expert Database of the Yunnan Provincial Department of Finance. For many years, I have served as the special legal counsel for government procurement at the Yunnan Provincial Department of Finance. Relying on my profound legal expertise and accurate grasp of policies, I have successfully assisted in handling numerous government procurement complaint cases with remarkable results. As legal counsel to several state-owned enterprises and government agencies, I have accumulated extensive experience in administrative litigation. I hold unique insights into contract review matters involving state-owned enterprises and government entities, and during the initial drafting and review stages of contracts, I help client organizations proactively prevent and resolve many potential disputes. I am loyal to the Constitution and abide by the law; I possess high political quality, excellent professional ethics, and a strong sense of social responsibility. Over the past five years, I have no record of being penalized by relevant administrative authorities or industry associations, nor have I received any criminal penalties, administrative penalties from judicial authorities, or disciplinary actions from the Bar Association.
