Li Chao

　　Attorney Li Chao, male, graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law. He serves as the Executive Director and Senior Partner at Yunnan Zhongji (Dali) Law Firm. Currently, he is a member of the 10th Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference in Dali City, a director of the Dali Prefecture Lawyers Association, Deputy Secretary-General of the Dali Prefecture Lawyers Association, and a member of the Youth Committee of the Yunnan Provincial Lawyers Association. He also holds the position of Special Supervisor with the Dali City Supervisory Commission and serves as the Chief Legal Consulting Expert for the Dali City Law Society. He has been recognized multiple times, including being named an “Outstanding Lawyer” of Dali Prefecture for the years 2019–2021 and an “Outstanding Member of the CPPCC” for the years 2023–2025.
