The lease contract disputes involving Zhang and Yang, who were the contractors, and a real estate company in Kunming, as well as the lease contract dispute between a logistics company in Yunnan and an engineered wood panel company in Kunming, were selected for inclusion in “A Commentary on Classic Real Estate Litigation Cases in Yunnan.” I served as a contributing author to the book “Research and Practice on Legal Services for Bridgehead Construction,” published by the Publishing House of the Party School of the CPC Central Committee. My article, “A Study on Defense Counsel’s Sentencing Recommendations—Fully Leveraging the Defense Counsel’s Role in Sentencing Defense through an Integrated Internal and External Approach,” won the Outstanding Paper Award at the 3rd Western Lawyers’ Development Forum. My article, “Technical Investigation under the Framework of the New Criminal Procedure Law—Based on the Context of Balancing Interests,” received the Second Prize at the 5th Western Lawyers’ Forum. My article, “The Rational Return of Enthusiasm for PPP—Also Discussing Legislative Suggestions for PPP under the Concept of Co-Governance,” won the First Prize at the 8th Western Lawyers’ Development Forum. My article, “Risk Deconstruction and Reshaping of Project Revenue Bonds in the PPP Financing Model,” earned the Second Prize at the 9th Western Lawyers’ Forum. I was recognized by the Yunnan Provincial Lawyers Association as an Outstanding Lawyer for Specialized Work in Foreign-related Legal Services in 2018.
